G’day, I’m Jack – Canberra’s Local Plumber Who Loves Helping People
From a keen apprentice to a proud member of the Master Plumbers Association, I’ve built my reputation on honest service and genuine care for Canberra homes.

From Apprentice to Qualified Plumber – My Canberra Story

If you’re looking for a plumber who genuinely cares about your home, you’re in the right place. I believe plumbing is more than just pipes and tools – it’s about trust, reliability, and making sure you feel confident every step of the way.
I started my plumbing journey as a teenager, working alongside experienced tradies on building sites around Canberra. From the start, I was hooked on the satisfaction of solving problems and helping people get their homes back in order.
After earning my qualifications and joining the Master Plumbers Association, I realised that what matters most isn’t just fixing pipes – it’s treating every customer with respect and making sure they feel looked after. That’s why I take the time to explain every job, offer honest advice, and never cut corners.
Today, I’m proud to serve the Canberra community as a fully qualified plumber. Whether it’s a leaky tap or a major emergency, I’m here to help – and I treat every home as if it were my own.
What We Actually Mean When We Say "Quality Service"
Upfront Pricing
You’ll always get a written quote before any work begins. No hidden fees, no sneaky charges. If something takes longer than expected, that’s on us – not you.
Qualified Expertise
As a member of the Master Plumbers Association, I bring years of hands-on experience and ongoing training to every job. Apprentices always work under supervision until they’re ready.
Respect for Your Home
I wear shoe covers, use drop sheets, and clean up after every job. Your home is treated with the same care and respect I’d want for my own family.
Canberra Community Focus
I live here too. I support local sports clubs, volunteer for community events, and believe in giving back to the city that’s given me so much.
Solving the Tough Jobs for Canberra Locals
Recently I attended an emergency weekend call out for a property in Kambah. My client was experiencing overflowing sewer drains in a townhouse complex.
After utilising my industry leading drain inspection and locating equipment I quickly identified and located the issue.
The common property sewer drain charged by 8 other tenancies was suffering from tree root intrusion causing the issues.
After removing the tree roots with my drain cleaning equipment I have left the client with peace of mind along with multiple options for future maintenance or repairing the damaged section of drainage.

Proud to Serve the Canberra Community

As a younger plumber new to Canberra, I’m keen to get involved and give back where I can. I’ve helped out at local community BBQs, joined in on neighbourhood clean-up days, and I’m always happy to offer quick plumbing tips to anyone who asks.
I love meeting other locals at events and supporting small businesses around town. If you see me around, say g’day – I’m always up for a chat or to lend a hand if you need it.
Community Involvement:
- • Volunteer for local community clean-up events
- • Free senior citizen plumbing safety checks
- • Mentor for apprentice plumbers in Canberra
- • Relay for Life Canberra – supporting cancer research
