3. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes: We provide free quotes for all our Services. All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing: The final price for our Services will be agreed upon in writing before any work begins. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required before work commences. The deposit amount will be communicated and agreed upon during the quoting process.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment terms, including the schedule for partial payments or installments, will be detailed in the final agreement.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as specified in the final agreement. We reserve the right to cease work or withhold delivery of Services if payment terms are not met.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled Service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: You agree to provide access to the property and any necessary utilities (e.g., electricity, water) required to complete the work. You must also ensure the work area is safe and free of hazards.
  • Permits and Approvals: You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals before work begins. We can assist in this process, but any associated costs or delays are your responsibility.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Workmanship Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work and offer a lifetime workmanship guarantee on all Services. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
  • Materials: Any warranties on materials used in the project are provided by the respective manufacturers and are not covered by our workmanship guarantee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolution Plumbing and Gasfitting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration, as mutually agreed upon.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
