New build plumbing is multi-stage work that requires precision, reliability, and coordination with other trades.
Before the concrete slab is poured, we install all underslab drainage, sewer connections, and water service penetrations. This is the foundation of the entire plumbing system. Getting pipe positions wrong at this stage means expensive concrete cutting later. We work from the architectural drawings to ensure every pipe is in the right position.
After framing, we install all water supply and waste pipes through the walls and floors. This includes hot and cold water lines, waste pipes for every fixture, and gas lines for heating, hot water, and cooking. We pressure test all supply lines and video all waste lines before walls are closed in.
At the roof stage, we connect roof drainage (downpipes, gutters, and stormwater), install hot water systems, and complete external pipework. This stage also includes connecting gas ducted heating if specified in the build.
The final stage. After painting and tiling are complete, we install all finished fixtures: toilets, basins, tapware, shower heads, baths, dishwasher connections, and laundry taps. We test every fixture, check every connection, and hand over a fully functional plumbing system ready for occupation.
We review your architectural and engineering drawings during the planning stage. We advise on pipe routes, fixture placement, and any design considerations that could affect cost or feasibility. Early engagement prevents problems later.
We attend each build stage on schedule, coordinate with the builder and other trades, and complete our work to the agreed timeline. Reliability is critical on a construction site where one late trade holds up everyone else.
